These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Revvo (revvo.buzz), a SaaS platform that helps local businesses collect more Google reviews using AI-generated review text and QR codes. By creating an account or using any part of Revvo, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. What Revvo Does

Revvo is a review generation platform for local businesses. It allows business owners to:

• Create a branded QR code that customers can scan to leave a Google review.
• Use AI (powered by Google Gemini) to auto-generate personalised review text based on the customer's star rating.
• Display a customer-facing review page with the shop's name, logo, and review prompt.
• Track review generation history via a dashboard.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and operate a legitimate business to use Revvo. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide (business name, email, Google Place ID) is accurate and truthful.

3. Plans & Subscription

Revvo offers the following plans:

Subscription billing is monthly. Your plan renews automatically on the same date each month unless cancelled.

4. Payments via Razorpay

All payments are processed through Razorpay, a secure Indian payment gateway. We accept:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI apps)
• Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
• Net Banking
• Razorpay Wallet

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Revvo does not store your payment credentials.

5. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for unused review generations, mid-cycle cancellations, or any other reason. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. If you face a technical issue, contact us on WhatsApp and we will resolve it promptly.

6. Review Generation Limits

To ensure fair usage across all users, the following limits apply on the Revvo Pro plan:

• Monthly limit: 1,500 AI review generations per calendar month.
• Daily limit: 50 AI review generations per day.
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.
• Limits reset at midnight IST on the 1st of each month (monthly) and at midnight IST daily (daily).

Free plan users receive a total of 3 review generations (one-time, not recurring).

7. Acceptable Use

By using Revvo, you agree that you will not:

• Use Revvo to generate fake reviews from non-genuine customers.
• Spam customers or post reviews in bulk using bots or automation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy Revvo's platform or AI outputs.
• Share your account credentials with other businesses or individuals.
• Use Revvo in any way that violates Google's review policies or Indian law.
• Misrepresent your business or provide false information during registration.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

8. Google Reviews Disclaimer

Revvo helps your customers generate review text and navigate to your Google review page. However:

• Revvo cannot guarantee that Google will publish, retain, or not remove any review posted by your customers.
• Google may remove reviews at their discretion based on their own content policies.
• Revvo is not responsible for any review removals by Google.
• Revvo does not post reviews on your behalf — customers post manually.

9. Account Termination

Revvo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• You violate these Terms of Service.
• Fraudulent payment activity is detected.
• Your account is being used in a way that harms other users or the platform.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refund is issued for the remaining period.

10. Limitation of Liability

Revvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or reputation. Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Revvo in the last 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Revvo after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
