1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use Revvo:

• Email Address — used for account creation, login, and transactional emails.
• Shop Name — used to personalise your Revvo dashboard and QR review page.
• Shop Logo — displayed on your review collection page shown to customers.
• Review Data — AI-generated review text, customer star ratings, and timestamps stored for your records.
• Payment Information — processed securely via Razorpay. Revvo does not store your card or UPI details.
• Usage Data — number of reviews generated, plan type, and feature usage for billing and analytics.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To create and manage your Revvo account.
• To generate AI-powered Google review text for your customers.
• To send transactional emails such as account confirmations and billing receipts.
• To process subscription payments via Razorpay.
• To show your shop profile and branding on your customer-facing QR page.
• To track usage limits (reviews per day and per month) based on your plan.
• To improve Revvo's AI review quality over time.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.

3. Supabase — Authentication & Database

Revvo uses Supabase for user authentication and data storage. Your email, shop details, and review history are stored securely in Supabase's cloud database. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant and uses encryption at rest and in transit. You can review Supabase's privacy practices at supabase.com/privacy.

4. Razorpay — Payment Processing

All payments on Revvo are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card number, CVV, UPI ID, or net banking credentials on our servers. Razorpay handles all payment data in accordance with their privacy policy available at razorpay.com/privacy.

5. Google Reviews Integration

Revvo generates AI-powered review text to help your customers post reviews on Google. We use your Google Place ID to direct customers to your Google review page. Revvo does not access, modify, or delete reviews on Google on your behalf. Customers post reviews manually on Google. We are not responsible for Google's content moderation or removal of reviews.

6. Data Security

We take the security of your data seriously. Revvo uses industry-standard measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted to and from Revvo.
• Supabase Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users can only access their own data.
• Passwords are never stored in plain text — handled via Supabase Auth.
• API keys and secrets are stored as environment variables, never in client-side code.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your data will be removed from our systems within 30 days. Review data (generated text and timestamps) may be retained in anonymised form for AI model improvement.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

9. Cookies

Revvo uses minimal cookies required for authentication sessions (managed by Supabase). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking scripts.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Revvo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
